From application
to a confirmed place.
This sequence explains what happens after an application is submitted: Artisan Valley checks availability, sends payment instructions by email and confirms the place after payment or a deposit is received. It remains a proposed Candidate flow until the public registration policy is approved.

Artisan Valley confirms that a place is available and sends payment instructions by email. Please do not pay before receiving this message.

Pay within 72 hours
Complete the full payment or a 50% deposit within 72 hours. If you choose the deposit, the remaining 50% is due no later than seven days before the workshop; Artisan Valley will send a reminder.

Send proof and receive final confirmation
Send the payment slip by replying to the confirmation email, through the LINE Official Account, or by Facebook Inbox. Your place is complete after Artisan Valley sends the final confirmation.
Course descriptions and registration presentation are provisional internal review material. Dates, venue, price, availability and registration links appear only when confirmed for a specific session.
