If something
is not right.
Contact us within seven days of delivery with your order reference, a short explanation and clear photographs when relevant.
For damage, leakage, contamination, defects or an incorrect item, we will review the case and agree on an appropriate resolution.
Opened fragrance is reviewed only in serious cases. A change of preference is not treated as damage or a product fault.
Contact us if tracking stops, a parcel appears lost or an address needs urgent correction. Options depend on the shipping stage.
